US Government Preparing for Biological Attack and Mass Fatalities in America Since 2008

In 2008, a report from the Commission on the Prevention of WMD Proliferation and Terrorism identified a clear and present danger of biological attack in 2013.
The Congressional Committee claimed that Middle Eastern nations like Pakistan were the most likely to be the origination of such an attack against the US or various other points across the globe. Focusing on Pakistan’s nuclear capability at the time legitimizes naming them as a possible breeding ground for terroristic dissention. The report states that “unless the world community acts decisively and with great urgency, it is more likely than not that a weapon of mass destruction will be used in a terrorist attack somewhere in the world by the end of 2013.”
Terrorists are expected to “obtain and use a biological weapon than a nuclear weapon.” This is due to the complexity of transporting a nuclear weapon and the ease by which a biological agent could be introduced into the environment which could wreak untold havoc. Because there is access to biological and nuclear materials from “poorly secured and thus vulnerable to theft by those who would put these materials to harmful use, or would sell them on the black market to potential terrorists.”
At the time, President George W. Bush used the 9/11 commission to justify his agenda in moving forward with the police state implication after 9/11 with legislation such as the USA Patriot Act of 2001.
Then Senator Bob Graham explained at a conference that a biological or nuclear attack was expected by the US government to be enacted by a terrorists group from the Middle East and that diplomacy must be the focus of the newly appointed Obama administration to combat this analysis.
Graham said that “the consequences of a biological attack are almost beyond comprehension. It would be 9/11 times 10 or a hundred in terms of the number of people who would be killed.” He explained that in 1918 millions of people were killed by the Spanish Flu that ravaged the globe.
President Elect Barack Obama was informed that the contents of the report would stem from research extracted from the 9/11 Commission Report.
The report mentions domestic threats from militias and those who sympathize with Islamic concerns explained the Obama administration. Proliferation and terrorism by eliminating the safe havens for such groups through diplomatic means, as well as threat of military action against such nations who endeavor to secure nuclear or biological weapons would become the direction and path of countering extremist ideology for the current administration.
Then President Elect Obama announced that “in this uncertain world, the time has come for a new beginning – a new dawn of American leadership to overcome the challenges of the 21st century.” His directive was explained in a “new strategy that skillfully uses, balances, and integrates all elements of American power: our military and diplomacy; our intelligence and law enforcement; our economy and the power of our moral example.”
The Nation Security Team arose out of necessity with members such as:

• Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security
• Susan Rice, US Ambassador to the UN
• Robert Gates, former Secretary of Defense
• Jim Jones, National Security Adviser
Last month, the US House of Representatives passed HR 6566 which is an amendment of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 that imbues the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) “to provide guidance and coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.”
Elected officials assume that in such an event, funeral homes, cemeteries and mortuaries would be overwhelmed should millions of Americans suddenly die in a tragic event. There must also be allowances for survivors of such an event.
Representatives from local and state governments must coordinate with federal agencies, private sector businesses, non-profit organizations and appropriate individuals to prepare and respond to an incident wherein mass casualties occur.
An estimated 500,000 FEMA coffins were purchased by DHS and stacked on land owned by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in preparation of a massive fatality in America. These containers could be used to transport millions of bodies. They are also made of a specialized plastic that is burnable and therefore easily placed into incinerators that are reported to be built on FEMA camps across the nation.
DHS has teamed up with the World Surveillance Group, Inc., to develop technologies specializing in “chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive (collectively, CBRNE), command, control, computers, communication, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C5ISR), and unmanned aerial systems (UAS).” The federal agency also put out a solicitation for “participation in the Robotic Aircraft for Public Safety (RAPS) project from the small unmanned aerial systems (SUAS) for transition to its customers” to use drones in American skies for more than the expressed purpose of spying on US citizens to secure their safety.
In recent months several questionable viruses have suddenly popped up that resemble bio-weaponzied diseases.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) was the scene of a new strain of Ebola in July of this year. The outbreak was overseen by US Department of Defense (DoD) under the Transformational Medical Technologies program (TMT) of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) who also spent millions of dollars conducting scientific research into the Ebola virus, its potential for being turned into a bio-weapon and certain vaccine efforts through two drug corporations, Massachusetts-based Sarepta Therapeutics and Tekmira Pharmaceuticals of Canada.
Then the funding was abruptly cut. The research into an Ebola vaccine was moved into secret government programs and out of access by the general public.
An ADIS-like “virus” abruptly manifested in Southeast Asia, specifically Thailand. Those infected were not contagious, adding to the mystery as to how these victims came to be infected with a new and unusual virus. Again, the NIH was involved immediately with the containment of this new infection.
In 1962, the US Senate received a report concerning chemical and biological warfare. This is the government contract where HIV-like and Ebola-like viruses were bio-engineered by the US military and the bioweapons contracting lab Biomedics. They were producing viral cancer in monkeys that could then be used through genetic engineering to infect humans.
Pharmaceutical giant Merck had tested a potential HIV vaccine in Thailand after agreements with the local government. Merck and the US Military HIV Research Program have been attempting to pioneer the HIV vaccine industry with trials in 2007. Merck planned to return the same location as was beta-tested in 2007 to conduct another trial study with an experimental HIV vaccine. And suddenly an AIDS-like infection begins killing people in Thailand.
Bioweapons are a reality; however most of the experimentation surrounding their development and deployment are directly tied to US governmental laboratories and pharmaceutical corporations that work with those entities. Members of Capitol Hill are preparing for mass casualties, while DHS is exploring the possibility of using drones as “crop dusters” to spread a weaponized virus that would facilitate millions of deaths in the continental US in a short amount of time. As was pointed out in 2008, preparations for a biological attack have been in the works 4 years that are expected to manifest next year.
