Researchers from the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory say that according to data analysis, the Amazon is experiencing a devastating drought. While combining satellite imagery, the conclusion is that there is observable damage to the canopy and if conditions continue, by 2010 the area will not be able to recover.
Yadvinder Malhi, co-author of the study and professor at Oxford University stated: “The biggest surprise for us was that the effects appeared to persist for years after the 2005 drought. We had expected the forest canopy to bounce back after a year with a new flush of leaf growth, but the damage appeared to persist right up to the subsequent drought in 2010.”
Geoengineering projects are responsible for the reduction in rainfall, according to a study published in Earth System Dynamics, a journal of the European Geosciences Union. Findings showed that rainfall had reduced by 15% annually when compared to pre-industrial days in North America and Eurasia. The numbers are more drastic over South America and the Amazon areas, where an estimated 20% decrease was devised by computer models.
The paper states that: “Climate engineering cannot be seen as a substitute for a policy pathway of mitigating climate change through the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.”
Geoengineering projects such as expressing sulfuric aerosols into the atmosphere to reduce the amount of sunlight that reaches the earth’s surface have also caused devastating effects on plant life which need CO2 to live.
While these scientific facts are being ignored by alarmists, they might mean that the planet will not be able to return to a self-regulated temperature because of the geoengineering projects that various governments participate in.
The Belfort Group released a scientific report titled “Case Orange” wherein anonymous experts provided data to researchers proving without a doubt that geoengineering and chemtrails are causing the disruptions in natural weather patterns that is being experience across the globe; and subsequently blamed on humanity for the sake of pushing the environmental movement, carbon taxes and Agenda 21.
The report has been provided to the UN; NATO; embassies for the US, Germany, France, Iran, Russia, China and Venezuela.
Contained in the summary, it is shown that geoengineering is conducted for defense purposes by the US government with direct negative effects on public health and without regard for those consequences. Contained in chemtrails are the elements in significant amounts:
• Carbon dioxide
• Nitric oxide
• Sulfur oxide
• Soot
• Hydrocarbons
• Carbon monoxide
Chemtrails are devastating to the earth’s eco-systems, effect the development of Cirrus clouds and create previously unclassified cloud formations which negatively affect surface temperature and precipitation levels.
Alarmists look to reports such as those produced by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in 2007. This report used conjecture to conclude that humanity is solely responsible for climate change conditions; as defined by computer models imbued with false data that was consciously entered to ensure the desired outcome – that humans and CO2 are the only factor effecting the earth’s temperature.
Alarmist scientists are claiming that global warming is causational to the deterioration of public health, farming conditions, and the draining of the Great Lakes. This report was commissioned by the US government by way of 13 agencies working under the US Global Change Research Program (GCRP).
GCRP states that human activity; primarily fossil fuel usage is responsible for climate change for the last 50 years. As a result, temperatures have heated up since the Industrial Revolution with a culmination revealing itself in recent years which demands a reaction.
President Obama stated that climate action is an “obligation” and a critical issue to address by his administration.
Virginia Shannon, state lobbyist for Environment Michigan implores Obama to act on man-made climate change: Shannon said: “By setting the first-ever federal limits on carbon pollution from power plants, President Obama can take a historic step toward tackling global warming and addressing the dangerous threats outlined in this draft report. We urge the Obama Administration to finalize its proposed carbon pollution limits for new power plants, and move forward quickly to set limits on carbon pollution from existing power plants as well.”
Environment Michigan has joined forced with other eco-fascist organizations like the National Wildlife Federation (NWF), Clean Water Action and the Sierra Club to urge the Obama administration to authorize the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to become the premier agency to research climate change to justify more change to human living conditions.
Experiments conducting last year by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), successfully manufactured fifty rainstorms by scientists using large ionizers to generate negatively charged particle fields. These structures promote cloud formation. Metro Systems International (MSI), the technology purveyors, claims to have “achieved a number of rainfalls.”
MSI scientists use ionizers to negatively charge electrons that naturally attract specks of dust in the atmosphere. Using convection, these particles are carried upward on air currents can become clouds at the right height. The electrons will attract water molecules from the air and condense them. With enough water collected, the “cloud” can create rain.
This privately owned Swiss corporation “s focused on providing a rain enhancement service to increase the supply of fresh water in arid regions of the world.” The globalist-controlled Max Planck Institute for Meteorology (MPM) was involved in the MSI experiments to create rain.
MPM attributes industrialization, rising need for more resources due to population growth and greenhouse emissions to the current state of our planet and seeks to use scientific methods to manipulate our atmosphere to create their desired effect – to alter the climate so that the variations created will change weather patterns worldwide.
The Earthsystem Model (ESM) developed by MPM studies atmospheric-ocean systems with hypothesis tested and the integration of simulating natural weather patterns.
MSI is collaborating with meteorological scientists and researching and development projects for governments across the globe in order to fabricate rainstorms using Weathertec projects.
Weathertec has been around since 2010 wherein 50 rainstorms complete with thunder and lightning were created in Abu Dhabi where rainfall is scarce. This $11 project is an “innovative rainfall enhancement technology.” MSI, working with the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the UAE, embarked on the rain-making experiment by manipulating electrons with ionizers.
Cloud seeding, an international effort to modify the weather, manufactures precipitation and forces the development of clouds that are rife with condensation by coercing the microphysical process within the cloud itself. This process is achieved by injecting silver iodide aerosols into the atmosphere to cause ice crystals to grow and facilitate rainfall.
Experiments in cloud seeding began in the 1940s with experiments conducted by General Electric Laboratory, and have been broadened by international scientific communities with over 150 weather modification programs active with the majority of those endeavors being cloud seeding. An estimated 11 programs are being utilized in the US.
The environmental effects of cloud seeding have not been fully explored for the sake of using this modification technology to control weather patterns. Because of this fact, there are no studies directly linking weather modification techniques to the effects we call global warming. This is part of the scheme of blaming man for climate change. As weather modification project continue, their long-term influence causes the changes we attribute to human activity, which justifies the need for control over greenhouse emissions by eco-fascists.
